Courses Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind dining experience. A teaching restaurant within the Culinary Institute of Michigan, Courses is where you can enjoy foods freshly prepared and served by our students, from recipes developed by our award-winning chefs.

When you dine at Courses Restaurant, your server, bartender, and chef are all learning how to apply their culinary and service skills, and you are participating in their education.

Every CIM student spends time working in our kitchen, dining room, and bar to learn the full range of restaurant operations. While your satisfaction is an important part of the learning process, the overall goal is to advance the education of our students.


About the Culinary Institute of Michigan

The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) is part of the Baker College System. The CIM offers world-class training in Baking and Pastry, Culinary Arts, and Food and Beverage Management. In our state-of-the-art facilities, located in Muskegon and Port Huron, Michigan, students learn both the art and business of the food service industry, studying under award-winning chefs and instructors.
