The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) is part of the Baker College System. The CIM offers world-class training in Baking and Pastry, Culinary Arts, and Food and Beverage Management. In our state-of-the-art facilities, located in Muskegon and Port Huron, Michigan, students learn both the art and business of the food service industry, studying under award-winning chefs and instructors.
